마음이란 무엇인가
마음의 구성 어떤 것인가
느낌.생각.욕망.인식.작용이다
지금 이순간 자기 마음의
흐름을 관찰해 보아라
마음은 어떤 경게 대상이 나타나면
반듯이 반응을 하게된다
자기가 경험한 교육 훈습.업식에 따라 반응을 일의켜 자기 내면의 잠재된
모든 정보를 총동원하여 추리해서
상대적 이원하로. 분리를 시킨다
자기 생존에 이익이 되면 즐거워하고
생존에 위해가 되면 괴로워 한다
이세상의 주체자는 마음이다
이 마음을 떠나 다른 절대자 신은
존재 하지 않는다
바로 이 마음이 절대자 이고 신이다
이세상 우주 자연계의 모든 만물은
내 생각 마음에 산물이다
마음이 모든것을 만들고 파괴한다

마음을 행복하게 하는 절대적 조건이 있다

1. 첫째. 생명을 존중해야 한다
내 생명을. 비롯해서
상대 생명을 죽여서는 안된다
모든 생명의 근원은 한 뿌리다

2.둘째 . 상대가 주지 않는
재산을 빼것나 도둑질 하지 마라

3.셋째 .짝으로 맺어진 배우자 외에
간음.간통. 음욕을 하지마라.

4.넷째 .상대를 속이거나 거짓말 하지마라

5.다섯째. 음주.마약.도박.정신을 상하는
일을 하지 마라

위의 다섯까지 절대적 조건은 내마음을
행복하게 만들고 이세상 우주를
평화롭게 만든다
이렇게 하지 않으면 안되는 이유는
이 우주와 나는 한 몸이기 때문이다
이 세상은 누가 창조하거나 우연히
만들어 진것이 아니며
필연적 원인에 의한 인과법으로 만들어진 결과의 산물이다
내가 상대를 사랑하면 사랑을 받고
상대에게 고통을 주면
자신도 고통을 받게된다

!!이것이 영원한 진리이다!!
